For standard DSCR loans offering the most competitive rates, a credit score of 620 or higher is required. The higher your credit score, the lower your interest rate will be. However, we can accommodate scores as low as 580 through our partners who focus on equity-based lending. Please be aware that loans with lower credit scores will incur higher interest rates and fees.

We can close in as little as 15 days if you have an appraisal that's less than 90 days old. Usually, we close loans within 30 days. The faster you provide the necessary documents, the quicker we can complete the process. We're here to help ensure everything goes smoothly.
